Built in the late 15C by Biagio Tossetti but left incomplete, this palace with its attractive arcaded courtyard and lovely marble stairway accommodates the National archaeological museum which boasts a lovely collection of Attic vases and funerary furniture from the Etruscan town of Spina, a prosperous Adriatic port discovered by archaeologists at the beginning of the 20C after being engulfed by the marshy waters of the Po Delta.
