The cathedral, Duomo di Santa Eufemia, has a basilical layout and dates from the 6C. It has marble columns with Byzantine capitals, as well as mosaic pavement. You can also see a precious silver-gilt retable a Venetian work of the 14C fronted by a row of sarcophagi and baptistery also decorated with mosaics.
