This seaside resort has numerous beaches and coves, with villas and hotels surrounded by lush vegetation. The village itself is spread over the slopes of Monte Biagio, on the summit of which stands the Basilica di San Biagio and the 22m-high white statue of the Redeemer by the sculptor Innocenti (1965).
