  Het is absoluut zeker dat ik daar nooit meer mijn geld verlies.

  Als ik Archimbaldo wil zien, ga ik naar een museum. Als ik groenten wil eten, krijg ik graag een verscheidenheid, niet telkens één groene asperge, drie brokjes wortel en enkele scheuten, in één of andere variant. In gewone, niet-vegetarische restaurants in Milaan is er een grotere creativiteit qua smaak en bereiding van groenten te vinden. Een harmonische combinatie van groenten en wijn ( drie glazen bij vier gangen en geen mogelijkheid om een extra glas te krijgen) was niet te vinden. Het 'gewone' dessert werd belachelijk opgediend. Zodra ik enige opmerking maakte, was de sfeer niet meer te pruimen.

  la bravura dello chef nel comporre un menu degustazione e' pari alla qualita' e varieta' dei piatti pur partendo da un handicap di non usare ne carne ne pesce

  Qualità delle pietanze straordinaria, preparazioni semplicemente perfette, presentazione compositiva dei piatti fantastica. Un mix creativo eccezionale. Tutti i sensi sono sollecitati. Ci si diverte. Ottima cantina. Sicuramente un punto d'arrivo x una clientela già abituata ad abbonamenti presentazioni azzardate.

  la sperimentazione incuriosisce e affascina. estetica del piatto in sintesi sembra di gustare piccole opere d'arte

  sperimentazioni di gusto intriganti specialmente considerando la cucina puramente vegetariana

  sala triste: la pittura e le luci non eliminano il fatto che siamo in uno scantinato. 'passeggiata nel sottobosco' e gli altri nomi deliranti dei piatti obbligano il personale di sala a spiegazioni sempre poco chiare, difficilmente sai cosa ti troverai nel piatto e nel complesso danno solo l'impressione di estrema alterigia
