Municipal Museum of Archaeology Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

Housed in the remains of the old Benedictine Monastery, this museum has Roman, Barbarian, Greek and Etruscan collections, and a collection devoted to the art of Gandhara. The Roman section has two masterpieces: the cup of Trivulce decorated with openwork out of a single piece of glass, and the patera of Parabiago, a plate of solid silver adorned with the rites of the goddess Cybele. In the garden, the remains of the 3C fortified wall. Opposite, the façade of the Litta Palace (18C.).
