Pros
Apart from seasonal specials I haven't seen the menu change for years. The reason for that is simply the fact that they only serve the very best of traditional sardinian cuisine. Ask a local anywhere on the island and they will point you in this direction. We have come here several times per year for quite a while now and the performance is consistently excellent. What a gem!
