  arrivati avendo prenotato due camere standard subito ci hanno consegnato le chiavi due suite , accoglienza simpatica e professionale. cena con menù al tartufo bianco da ricordare , grandi piatti grande fantasia, pochi rivali quando si tratta di esperimenti riusciti. ottimo il servizio formale ma con affabilità e simpatia. ogni volta che passeró in zona è tappa obbligata.

  cantina con buona parte dei grandi nomi mondiali non sufficientemente profonde le annate e ricarichi un pó spinti.

  Deux cartes des vins superbes, une pour les blancs et une pour les rouges avec les meilleurs vins du monde en particulier de l'Italie. Un pigeon avec une sauce au banyuls exceptionnel......mais c'est tout !!

  Mélanges de saveurs manquant totalement d'harmonie, à ce niveau les ingrédients doivent se sublimer et se compléter. Cela ne fut pas le cas pour de nombreux plats, comme ce gaspacho à la pomme verte dont l'ail (piquant en plus) a non seulement dominé le plat mais également les suivants.Salade frisée liquide d'une amertume fatale aux scampis etc..... Vraiment manque de maitrise. A part le pigeon, le meilleur plat était des linguines aux supions digne d'une bonne trattoria mais pas d'un deux *

  Outstanding restaurant. Dining in a big moorish like castle. The atmosphere is almost magical. The petit four's are mindblowingly good. Excellent seafood dishes that are very well cooked. Service is quite attentive and the dishes come in fast one after another.

  Cons

  Practically nothing. It's pricey but it's certainly expected. Service is choreographed (as is common in most top-of-the-line restaurants). I like that myself but please be aware of it in case it's not your thing.

  il top degli ultimi anni. Piatti da sogno in una fantastica location servizio simpatico elegante che in breve tempo ti mette a proprio agio, sommelier competente carta dei vini profonda e ben strutturata. dicevo tutto buona ma un paio di piatti da sogno , Cannavacciuolo è veramente bravo per noi che un pó vagabondiamo per stellati nel 2011/2012 Numero 1

  Abbiamo trascorso una serata fentastica e indimenticabile..Ottima accoglienza!La villa è bellissima,una nel suo stile.. Servizio eccellente,attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio(cosa molto difficile da trovare).Viene cambiato anche il tovagliolo prima di servire il dolce.. La cucina eccellente.Ottimo il pane,i grissini,le focaccine,le mini-piadine al crudo S.Daniele e tutti gli altri stuzzichini che vengono serviti con l'aperitivo,tra' l'altro essendo tutti e due astemi ci hanno servito un cocktail analcolico buonissimo profumato al basilico con futto della passione e the verde..Amuse bouche anche ottimo! Come antipasto abbiamo provato il viaggio profondo del mare con pesce freschissimo,si sentiva proprio il gusto del mare,e il fagato grasso a dir poco sqisito..al TOP!!!Spaghetti all'astice con ottimo sugo di pomodoro con un profumo squisito sebrava di sentire il mare.. Poi eccellente anche il piccione,da sottolineare cottura PERFETTA,e il maialino in porchetta con l'aragosta e una salsa all'anice stellato..combinazione di sapori OTTIMA!! Anche i dolci non sono da meno..servito anche un buonissimo pre-dessert(mousse di gianduja,noci di sorrento e mela verde) e tutte le friandises; le classiche sfogliatelle napoletane e i babà al rum,piccole praline,makronen,marschmallow e tanto altro.. Ci ritornaremo sicuramente!!

  Ormai le esperienze vissute da Antonino sono 4 o 5 e ogni volta riesce ad emozionarmi. Senza dubbio l'ambiente è squisitamente generoso di sfarzi e antica eleganza, la vista sul giardino in riva la lago è incantevole. Il servizio è l'accoglienza sono degni di un RE e come un RE ti fanno sentire. La cucina di Antonino si esprime tanto nella sua presentazione quanto al palato, definendo la superba qualità delle materie prima e la maestria e poesia con cui sono accostate e trattate. riesce a farmi chiudere gli occhi ogni volta che porto una pietanza al palato. Antonino e Cinzia regalano sogni.

  Locale per ora visitato una volta sola. Paesaggio ed ambietazione da sogno, se cercate una grande cucina stellata a cui abbinare una gita nelle vicinaze Villa Crespi si addice molto vista la prossimità del lago e delle montagne.Struttura molto bella con interni eleganti in stile unico,la sala di Villa Crespi non assomiglia a quelle degli altri ristoranti.Provato il piatto di crudità rosso d'uovo di Parisi, gamberi e caviale che ho apprezzato molto. Gli spaghetti all'astice con abbondante sugo di pomodoro un vero tuffo di mediterraneetà e l'astice era croccante e non plasticoso.Il maialino in porchetta con aragostella perfetto in cottura e molto saporito.Ottimi i dessert ed una piccola pasticceria perfetta e freschissima.Accoglienza cordiale e gioiosa. Personale di sala attento e preparato e molto sorridente. Sommellier affiatato con lo chef Cannavacciolo.

  Una delle poche volte in cui mi è piaciuto tutto.Nulla di negativo da segnalare se non le due ore e più di auto che mi occorrono per tornare a rivivere un' esperienza che consiglio a quanti coloro leggeranno questo commento.

  Insieme alla mia ragazza siamo ritornati a Villa Crespi dopo un anno dalla nostra ultima visita e devo dire che tutto é rimasto come lo avevamo lasciato... perfetto. Location fantastica, cucina creativa e di qualità, servizio impeccabile, accoglienza cordiale. Se ordinate "à la carte" consiglio caldamente il "Viaggio profondo nel mare", un assaggio di 10 piatti diversi di pesce (7 crudi e 3 caldi). É un piatto veramente favoloso (una chicca é il gelato alla capasanta che accompagna ed esalta il sapore del mollusco crudo). Tutto ottimo comunque, come sempre. Un'esperienza meravigliosa che consiglio a tutti anche per l'eccellente servizio (da citare su tutti Edoardo) e per la calorosa accoglienza da parte di tutti (a partire dal "patron" Cinzia e dallo Chef in persona). Grazie di cuore a tutti e a presto!

  The food was fantastic, very original, and the taste was excellent. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere in an elegant setting. Pleasant and attentive service -we even got a ride home by the staff in lack of taxi services.

  il gambero rosso di Sicilia o aveva il diabete o non era un gambero rosso di Sicilia ,addirittura crudo non puo' essersi sbiadito in cottura! E vendere un Franciacorta da 60 euro a 180 euro mi sembra veramente controproducente!!!

  Villa Crespi rimane uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti in Italia. L'ambiente, il servizio e la cucina sono tutti al top. Il menu varia spesso ed é molto creativo e la qualità delle materie prime é eccezionale. Cannavacciuolo é sicuramente uno Chef di talento. Consiglio caldamente di provare il ristorante (e anche l'hotel) se ne avete l'occasione.

  Sempre una grande esperienza, chef dalla mano felicissima e generosa. Pane e corollario in partenza da fantascienza, cosi come l'ostrica con cetriolo di benvenuto. I cubi di carne con caviale e salsa all'ostrica buonissimi, il riso giallo con salsiccia e ricci ottimo, meglio ancora la pasta diversa con frutti di mare. Trippa di agnello e scaloppa di fois gras spettacolare, dolce di castagne con cachi e fois gras da antologia. Grande e bella carta dei vini, purtroppo con ricarichi pesanti, villa e quadro magnifico. In italia, a questo livello, pochi, anzi pochissimi. Grande chef, di nome e di fatto!

  Ottima "location" ma non solo, la creatività di Cannavacciulolo ti stupisce ogni volta, e la cantina del Maitre Pastrello è abbondantemente all'altezza delle 2 stelle. Da inserire nella agenda almeno una volta l'anno.

  Eccezionale!Accoglienza e servizio regale una villa stupenda in tutte le sue sale.Il pranzo ci è stato servito nella sala in vetrata tutte le portate di altissimo livello tra tecnica e materie prime, un grande Antonio (tra l'altro simpaticissimo e disponibile).Cantina Eccellente

  Das Hotel und Restaurant ist absolut sehenswert. Die Einrichtung und die Küche sind sehr originell und entsprechen höchsten Ansprüchen. Die Speisen wurden wunderschön präsentiert und schmeckten hervorragend. Die begleitenden Weine waren ausgezeichnet.

  Unser Menü wurde sehr schnell serviert. Als ich bat, etwas langsamer voranzugehen, wurde diesem Wunsch entsprochen. Uns wurde aber nach dem Kaffee signalisiert, dass wir doch auch in der Bar jetzt schön sitzen könnten, der Tisch würde wieder benötigt. Das hat mich denn doch verwundert, denn es war schon nach 22:00 Uhr abends. Die Bitte wurde höflich und in keinster Weise aufdringlich vorgebracht, gestört hat es mich trotzdem. Einige der Gerichte waren lauwarm. Ob das so gedacht war, oder ob die Gerichte zu lange abgekühlt waren, kann ich nicht bewerten. Geschmeckt hat alles sehr gut.
