      Sehr nettes, warmes Ambiente, sehr zuvorkommende, flexible Beratung und Hinweise zur Speisenauswahl, Volltreffer beim empfohlenen Rotwein (gut strukturierter Negroamaro, 24 €) aus einer riesigen Liste lokaler Weine. Würzige Fleischfüllung in grossen Teigtaschen. Wunderbar zartes und geschmckvolles albskottelet, das wie selbstverständlich für den Knochenteil nochmals auf den Grill gelegt wurde. Kleine, fettarme Wildschweinkoteletten waren perfekt . Preis-Leistung super, besser als im Michelin *

      Kalte Teller passen nicht auf diesem hohen Niveau.
