5 km long, this attractive surrounding wall in the shape of a trapezium opens to the south through the gate of Justice opening onto the Via Sacra; further on, among cypresses and oleander, the ruins of the houses and the temples stand, built in attractive golden limestone. Three other gates pierce the ramparts: The Siren, the Dorata to the north and the Marina gate to the west.
