In the Castello Visconteo, these collections are rich in archaeological objects, but primarily in paintings: the art gallery has several masterpieces, including a fine altarpiece by Vincenzo Foppa, a painter from Brescia, a Virgin and Child by Bellini, and an expressive Christ bearing the Cross, by Bergognonne.
