This is a remarkable example of Romanesque Lombardy style. Its facade has a rose window and three notable doorways preceded by a portico which hides an interior in the form of a Latin cross. It is very simple but enriched by the grandiose frescoes in the dome by Guercino and Morazzone, and those in the presbytery, by C. Procaccini and L. Carrache.
