Porto Rotondo : Michelin's recommendations

Centred on its round (rotondo) port, this little town created in 1962 is a smart seaside resort much loved by the jet set. The resort's quota of yachts, Ferraris, boutiques and luxury restaurants lends it a certain artificial elegance, albeit one that has decidedly little to do with Sardinia. Take a look at the contemporary San Lorenzo church and the granite Teatro all’aperto. At the end of August Porto Rotondo holds the "Big Game", one of the biggest open-sea fishing outings in the Mediterranean.
