      Il ristorante è ora autonomo ed indipendente dall'albergo ed ha preso il nome di "Officina Gastronomica". Piatti della tradizione si alternano ad un'ottima cucina di pesce. Notevoli i ravioli al ripieno di branzino ed un delicato fritto misto. Menù alla carta, discreta lista di vini, prezzo dai 25 ai 40 euro.
