This village occupies a charming location in a natural amphitheatre on the steep slopes of a crater now filled by Lake Nemi. Only one tower remains of the village’s medieval castle, Castello Ruspoli. Nemi is renowned for its delicious wild strawberries, which can be sampled here in June.
