Trotz sehr kurzfristiger Tischreservierung fantastischer Tisch mit direktem Blick aufs Kollosseum, Essen hatte Sterne-Qualität und der Service war freundlich, charmant und unwahrscheinlich aufmerksam. Rund-herum sehr empfehlenswert!

Uno Chef che esalta i sapori veri delle eccellenti materie prime freschissime: ottimo il pane caldo fatto in casa, come i grissini, l'antipasto con mousse di salmone i rigatoni con le melanzane, la coda di rospo, l'insalata di astice e ...il sorbetto al cocco mi ha mandato in visibilio!

Ottimo l'antipasto con mousse al salmone, ottimi i primi, l'insalata di astice divina, la coda di rospo: ingredienti e materie prime freschissime, cucina che esalta i sapori senza camuffarli! Un sorbetto al cocco con fragole da visibilio!
