Pros
Laspettative erano alte, il risultato però è che tutto è andato benissimo. Servizio come piace a noi: attento, cordiale senza scadere nel formalismo. Segnalo gli gnocchi al tartufo con parmigiano delle “vacche rosse”. Mi spiegano che si tratta di un parmigiano reggiano prodotto con puro latte di razza Reggiana e stagionato almeno 24 mesi. Sarà per tutto questo che era davvero ottimo. Golosissimo il tiramisù, piatto a rischio "scivoloni": Ci ha incuriosito anche tutto il resto e torneremo !
