  Service is prompt, professional and friendly. Food is very good.

  Tasting menu has 6 courses but wine pairings only 5 glasses and nobody tells it in advance. Not that there wasn't enough wine, but since first 3 courses come one wine for each course, the customer automatically thinks it to continue for all courses, and when it does not, there's an unexpected, unpleasant surprise with an empty glass and full plate.

  La cucina rispetta la territorialità e la stagionalità. Piatti corretti e ben fatti.

  Cucina corretta ma nulla di entusiasmante. Imbarazzante la supponenza del maitre al quale ho rivolto una domanda sull'esistenza in cantina di bottiglie piccole tra cui scegliere: sono stata liquidata con un brevissimo elenco di etichette (solo 2) altisonanti a suo parere non alla nostra portata per via dei prezzi!

  We have been there twice. The food was very good both times. The service was not quite the same quality as the food, but it was good.

  Cons

  I would recommend that no one count on this restaurant keeping a booking. We booked two months in advance and received a confirmation. We would have been able to get into other restaurants with the same or superior rating at the time. However, one week before we were to arrive (and we are only passing through Rome), this restaurant summarily bumped us, when it was too late to rearrange. No other restaurant with a comparable rating in Rome has ever done this. Consider other restaurants first if you are planning an itinerary.

  fa piacere ritrovare questo ristorante ai vertici della cucina romana.piatti mai banali alcuni da sballo.grande professionalita' nel servizio e ottima cantina.

  Sono stato con la mia compagna lun 10 gen c.a.per festeggiare il nostro anniversario.E'stata una serata,senza esagerazione straordinaria. L'ambiente curato elegante e sobrio, il servizio attento cortese discreto ma non assillante,la cucina estrosa innovativa ma concreta,con alcuni piatti che richiamano la tradiziona romana di cui 2 indimenticabili cioè il fiore di zucchina con mozzarella di bufala .... e la matriciana. Carta dei vini superba.

  cuisine très inventive parfois amusante (crème brulée au gorgonzola avec sorbet poire);les portions du menu Dégustation sont bien dosées; les vins proposés bons (hormis un Trebbiano Capezzana 2000 qui avait fait son temps)

  Ho passato una romantica e indimenticabile cena di San Valentino. E' stato tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza al dolce...un menu ricco e nonostante le numerose portate non c'è stato un piatto che non fosse all'altezza della serata. Sono una vostra utente da diversi anni ma in questo caso mi chiedo, e se lo chiedono anche molti miei amici con cui condividiamo consigli e serate gastronomiche, perchè questo locale non è da voi considerato come secondo me meriterebbe.   ac0lienza di classe,cucina saporito ma elegante legera e rafinato. antipasto foie gras a torcion cosa più bona che io mangiato in mia vita ricordo tutto che io mangiato ma tropo tempo per dire ma era tutto grandi.O visto che non a vostra stella non capiscio coma possibile.Non e prima volta che io vado ma per me e sepre melio.Miei amici acora dicono che per loro piu buono ristorante che loro andati.grazie

  Sono stato il 23 Dicembre presso Il Convivioall'ingresso molta cordialità mi facevano ben sperare e fortunatamente la mia previsione è stata rispettata. Locale elegante ma non sfarzoso, cucina leggera ma di sapore, carta dei vini molto buona, sin troppo ampia, servizio superiore
