      Pros

Excellent aperitifs and sides deserving of a two star rating. Theoretically intimate/impressive setting.

      Cons

Waiters, whilst professionally trained, lacked tact and, whilst generally attentive, were so on their own schedule, often leaving glasses empty and heads turned. Mains, with specific note to the quality and texture of the meat, not worthy of even one star, with an over reliance on external sauces. Again, over reliance of champagne in dishes and deserts, which, whilst an intriguing ingredient, does little for the taste. Likewise, too much focus on imported drink rather than on food.
