Pros

A perfect dinner in Rome with a superb and innovative cuisine. The white chocolate with blu del Monviso and port glace has been added to my all time favourite dishes. Roy Caceres told us, that he interprets the traditional dishes in a way he likes and he is a splendid interpreter. The service level is casual yet correct which made us feel very comfortable. I will be back next time i visit Rome.

in un ambiente moderno una alta cucina con ingredienti e accoppiamenti perfettamente equilibrati che danno dei risultati stupefacenti. deliziosi gli spaghetti con polvere di mare e il risotto rosso.bella presentazione dei piatti spiegati da personale competente con un servizio attento e curato.deliziosi i pani mai banali.un po' limitata la carta dei vini ma con ricarichi onesti dove si puo' trovare anche bottiglie da 20 euro.una positiva esperienza con uno chef che puo' puntare molto in alto.
