The view bit forget about intimacy... the table are next to each other by 10 -20 cm...

I have been to many 1,2 and 3 stars restaurants. I had some good and bad surprises sometimes but really, this restaurant having a star is joke or a mistake. Beasides the view, there is nothing else... The service is correct but you can tell that they do not believe in what they serve... The food is simply of no interest. The fish was over cooked, the vegetables... I can't even remember... No flavors, I even wondering if they use fresh products... Michelin, it is time to go back there (on a confidential basis of course...) and really check this restaurant. You cannot give one star, 1 or 2 spoons to be nice for the view...

la atencion, la decoracion muy italiana, el ambiente pida una mesa en la terraza. la comida excelente a muy buen nivel, no busque gran creatividad, pero es plena en buena preparacion y sabor. el sommelier es buno en recomendar maridajes para vinos italianos.

Cons

en la terraza permiten fumar, considerando que es un sitio extraordinario para tomar vino y comer es absurdo que lo permitan.

Posizione meravigliosa e locale molto ben curato, con una chiara e definita collocazione stilistica. Cucina deliziosa, nel solco della tradizione ma con una interessante elaborazione dei contenuti in chiave attuale. Servizio impeccabile e cordiale. Un indirizzo da tenere nella propria agenda.

Cons

Pochi e non di grande rilevanza i difetti: - Tavoli troppo ravvicinati, tutto a favore di una maggiore capienza della sala. Problema che si può facilmente risolvere frequentando il ristorante in giorni di bassa affluenza. - Il menù ha prezzi sono alti ma è giustificata dalla cucina deliziosa, da un servizio eccellente e da una locazione splendida. La carta dei vini, a mia opinione, pone dei ricarichi non sostenibili, non promuovendo di certo il consumo dei vini migliori.

Having been to over 40 1, 2 and 3 Star Michelin restaurants, I can say that this is not a one star even in Roma. I think it is a one star for the view but only 2 spoons for the service and food.

Cons

Indifferent service, lack of staff, typical boring food. The white truffles were, as always, good but poorly served in a lukewarm pasta. The veal was overpowered by a huge amount of cheese and a average brown sauce. The Suckling pig was over powered by too much fennel.

Beautiful setting (although crammed too many tables in)

Cons

Very poor service (starter took 45 min, wine poured on table) Food not worthy of a star (menu mainly focused on putting together the most expensive ingredients) Outrageous prices (starters c. €50 each, wine list built for profit margins, cheapest c.€50). Gordon Ramsey at Royal Hospital Road is considerably cheaper! This feels more like a hotel maximising profit than a Michelin restaurant.

New Year's Eve with a special menu. Good food, French inspired.Amazing vue overlooking Rome - we were probably seated at the best table in the restaurant!Very fine wine list with some of the best Italian wines; also a small selection from outside Italy.First class service - everyone made their very best to make us feel so good.

Cons

Menu promised more than was actually served. We expected more exclusive ingredients mentioned on theh menu, e.g. caviar and white truffles. The menu price excluding drinks was EUR 500 per person!
