      Tres belle salle, tres bon accueil, 5 mises en bouche parfaites ! nous avons pris en entrée le maquereau et le consommé de crevette: excellent; avons poursuivi par un filet de porc et un autre de cabillaud nous sommes bien la dans un restaurant étoilé ! Vin a prix tres raisonnable

      Come sempre ottima l'accoglienza e la gestione della sala da parte di Alessandro Pipero. Golosi i tanti apetizer, da dipendenza la carbonara, da podio il crudo d'oca e le lumache; interessante il piatto chiamato le tre A: patate di Avezzano, burrata di Andria e tartufo d'Alba. Discreti gli spaghetti di mare ma anonimo il manzo alla pizzaiola; non male il dessert, scomposizione del cornetto all'amarena. Ok il vino Concludendo ottima materia prima, perfette le cotture, buona tecnica in cucina.

      Purtroppo l'ingresso dall'hotel e i bagni non sono in linea con il ristorante. Quando si assenta Alessandro, in sala tutto cambia.
