Aci Castello : Michelin's recommendations

Aci Castello is a large market town on the east coast of Sicily, known as the ""Riviera dei Limoni"", as a result of its lemon trees, or the Cyclops Riviera, thanks to a local legend. Acis, son of Pan, was a shepherd who was loved by the beautiful Galatea. Unfortunately, the young girl was also coveted by the Cyclops monster, Polyphemus. The jealous monster killed the shepherd, whose body then divided into nine parts, which gave birth to the nine villages that bear the name of Aci in Sicily.
