Dating from the end of the 18C, the church of the ancient monastery of San Filippo, decorated throughout with gilded stuccos, accommodates a moving wooden crucifix by Fra'Umile da Petralia, A liturgical chancel in wood depicting scenes in the life of Saint Philippe, and three panels of a polyptych from the 15C and paintings by Olivio Sozzi and Giuseppe Velasquez.
