There are very few things in this temple situated at the end of an imaginary line connecting all the temples of the Valley. The temple serves to remind us of how Vulcan, helped by the Cyclopes, made Jupiter's lightning in his forge situated under Etna and others in the Aeolian Islands of Vulcano or Stromboli.
