Cefalà Diana : Michelin's recommendations

This little village boasts the only 10C thermal baths in Sicily, known as the Arab baths. It is also home to a 13C castle, which comprises of a tower originally designed as a defensive rampart on the road linking Palermo to Agrigento. The castle was subsequently used for grain storage until it was converted into an aristocratic residence in the 18C. Founded relatively recently (1755), Cefala Diana boasts a number of delightful monuments, as well as some fine bronze statues by Biagio Governali.
