Built in the 17 C by the Jesuits, it was built to the level of the chiesa madre when the dilapidated state of the cathedral was such that the offices could not be performed there. Many works coming from earlier churches are preserved there, including the sculpted wood furniture in the sacristy, enriched with small column statues around which encircle vine branches bearing busts.
