cucina acrobatica, nuova eppur domestica, ironica nell'interpretazione del panino 'ricrdami la strada'. Menu degustazione completo che da' la cifra stilistica della coppia di cuochi. Notevole la mousse della casa.

Sarebbe bello se ci fosse un locale dove esporre l'ottima cantina.
