  personale non sempre attento (tranne la ragazza molto gentile e preparata), piatti dal gusto scarso/inesistente (2 antipasti, 2 secondo, 2 dolci) nonostante le composizioni potessero far pensare il contrario, l'unica cosa buona era il pre-antipastino di spatola. Vino prescelto non in temperatura. Per finire il titolare si è messo a cenare con i clienti ancora lì a cena: non professionale

  Bella ambientazione in una grotta antica. Ottimi piatti in chiave moderna ma tipici del territorio

  Cons

  Qualche muso lungo tra il personale di servizio guasta sempre. Prezzi troppo alti per Ragusa ma lì fan tutti così

  L'ambiente molto suggestivo, Ragusa Ibla è bellissima.

  Considerando che non si paga pochino mi sarei come minimo aspettata le posate da pesce (ci hanno servito pesce). Un bicchiere era scheggiato.

  Localización excelente. Servicio profesional, esmerado y atentísimo. Su ayuda al elegir el vino fué inestimable. Siendo el cumpleaños de mi esposa pedí, al hacer la reserva, un ramo de flores y una pequeña tarta y sobrepasaron con creces mis expectativas. El menú fué exquisito, resaltando la materia prima del lugar y la tarta, de mozzarella, superaba todo lo esperado. El Chef, Vicenzo, confeccionó un pre-postré fuera de carta en honor a mi esposa, se acercó a nuestra mesa, felicitó a mi mujer y brindó con nosotros. El propietario nos despidió en la puerta poniendo un broche de oro a la mejor cena de nuestra vida. Se merece sin duda la segunda estrella.

  Que no podamos repetirlo con la frecuencia que nos gustaría.

  Giovane e talentuoso cuoco che mette in tavola piatti perfetti nella loro assoluta "semplicità" formale e sostanziale. Un grande plauso alla struttura.

  The reception and the terrace have been very nice, in a historical location full of charme. The cuisine is based a lot on the quality of the ingredients - very high. The personnel helps you very much in finding the right coupling with local wines.

  Cons

  Maybe a bit more of light on the table would be appreciated, even if the ambient is overall very romantic...

  Wonderful setting in a cave close to the old town. Very attentive service, including being shown around the wine cellar by the owner and the chef taking the trouble to explain one of the dishes. These were memorable, especially the ravioli on a bed of smoked potato puree, and the desert of truffle flavoured chocolate. Deserves two stars in my opinion

  perhaps the staff were slightly too quick to take the order, but that is being very critical.

  ambiente piacevole, struttura memorabile, cucina non eccessivamente originale ma gustosa con vari prodotti locali, importante per chi oltre vedere ragusa vuole pure assaporarla.

  Cons

  L'accoglienza pessima, delusi del nostro arrivo, la cameriera ha quasi strappato dalle mani il soprabito di mia moglie. Imbronciati e tristi gli operatori di sala si avvicinano al tavolo chiedendo "tutto bene?" e poi scappano senza aspettare la risposta. Finito il dolce il ristorante sembrava deserto, 40 minuti prima che si possa chiedere il conto.

  les plats originaux et fin, gouteux mais delicat... uen carte de vins riche... un service tres correcte poru la Sicile... enfin, on sent que le Chef suisine avec du coeur et une certaine humilite qui rend lea decourt de cet endroit original encore plus sympatique... une Huile d olive servi a l entree vaut a lui seul le voyage...

  la vue n est pas la meilleure qu on puisse trouver... mais des qu on commence a degouster les plats, on n y pense plus...
