The historic centre has some attractive Baroque buildings such as the church of St Basil from the 18C or the church dell'Ara Coeli decorated with attractive stucco. On the main road (Via Aluntina) is the chiesa madre, St Nicholas, with a sober facade enriched with doorways in local red marble.
