Santa Lucia del Mela : Michelin's recommendations
This village, 13km south of Milazzo, is overlooked by the remains of its castle, built by the Arabs in the 9C and later remodelled by the Swabians and Aragonese. Today, all that remains is a massive round tower and a ruined triangular bastion. Santa Lucia is also known for its very beautiful churches.
