Vittoria Travel guide
Vittoria : Michelin's recommendations
Vittoria was named in honour of the Countess Vittoria Colonna, who founded the town in the 17C. Its straight, perpendicular roads lined with beautiful Liberty-style buildings give an impression of order and cleanliness. Of note are Santa Maria delle Grazie church with its elegant curvilinear façade, the Venetian Gothic Palazzo Traina, the Chiesa Madre and its fine stucco decoration and the Museo Municipale.
