      Sensibilità, creatività e memoria sono alla base delle ricette di Pino Cuttaia e ne costituiscono l'essenza. Cucina antropologicamente complessa, intraprendente e pittorersca, capace di conquistare per le sue sfumature dialettali e per la sua profonda sicilianità. La tradizione culinaria licatese, grazie a Pino Cuttaia, approda in un palcoscenico internazionale superando le barriere territoriali. Polpo sulla roccia - commovente! Variazione di baccalà - tantrico! Tataki sikano - teatrale!

      Pros

      materia prima di altissimo livello servizio molto efficiente in un contesto rilassato il cannolo accompagnato da gelato al Marsala De Bartoli imperdibile

      Cons

      porzioni forse troppo generose che possono mettere in difficolta sul finire del pasto la cottura del maialino da rivedere per la parte del filetto forse troppo rosa
