Since the end of the 15C, Sulmona has been the land of dragees which under a coating of sugar hide a mixture of Sicilian almonds, hazelnuts, chocolate and dried fruit. This little museum will reveal to gourmands the secrets of the manufacture of their favourite sweetmeat.
