This museum in the Vitelleschi palace (1492) contains a remarkable collection of objects from excavations at the Etruscan necropolis: sarcophaguses, ceramics, ivories, bowls and amphora, but the highlight is the pair of fine winged horses in terracotta recalled in the title of a novel by Marguerite Duras. On the first floor is a reconstruction of the tombs.
