Tonara : Michelin's recommendations

Situated in a green mountain pass at an altitude of 930m, Tonara is one of the main towns in the Monti del Gennargentu, a range of rounded mountains in central Sardinia whose inhabitants have retained a fierce sense of independence and local identity. The area’s gastronomic speciality is Torrone di Tonara, a honey, almond and hazelnut nougat.
