  Delicious wines, savoury dishes, generous reception. Nice hearty meal.

  Cons

  A few otherwise delicious plates were much too salty in an unbalanced way for an establishment of this sophistication.

  La perfezione assoluta, la cura dei dettagli, la professionalità dell'organizzazione fanno di questo luogo gastronomico un vanto per la ristorazione italiana, sicuramente non per tutte le tasche ma per molte si.

  Cuisine époustouflante. Cuissons parfaites, produits du pays de grande qualité. En plus cave magnifique (nous avons eu la possibilité de visiter !), des vins d'exception! Le service incroyable et très personnalise. Parfait!

  The welcome was very warm. The servers were friendly and very knowledgeable without being intrusive. We chose the Decouverte menu with 1 main course. The wines chosen by the Sommelier to accompany the menu were excellent and gave us a very good sampling of this incredible region. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would highly recommend this restaurant

  Apéritif en terrasse donnant sur une belle place de Trente. Très bonne cuisine italienne, produits de premiers choix excellement travaillés Nous avons trouvé un bon acceuil et un sommelier très professionnel qui parle excellement français

  Good foovery tasty, balanced flavours, A good sommelier who speaks English well and a very good service.

  Cucina molto interessante, cotture azzeccate. Giovane sommelier impeccabile che parla francese e inglese. Nuova recluta che apporta al locale una buona immaginee un ammiglioramento nel servizio. Possibilita di scegliere tra il wine-bar sopra e tra il gourmet al piano di sotto

  Buona scelta di vin al bicchiere e prezzi convenienti. Prezzo della bottiglia con poco rincaro. Cucina raffinata con prodotti freschi e genuini a Km0, tipo di cucina slowfood. Ottima disponibilità del personale ma servizio da migliorare tecnicamente

  L'unica cosa positiva e' poter dare un consiglio a tutti quanto leggeranno questo commento. NON ANDATE IN QUESTO RISTORANTE!

  Servizio pessimo, sia a livello di accoglienza, che poi al tavolo, con personale completamente non professionale; il locale non e' da meno, cosi come l'apparecchiatura le posate ed bicchieri. Il cibo poi e' terribile, il menu, peraltro consigliato dallo chef, comprendeva tagliolino con brasato con avanzi, cotechino cattivo con lenticchie crude e purea immangiabile, e per finire uno strudel, congelato, ancora ghiacciato. Tutti piatti resi quasi intonsi, nessuno ha chiesto nulla. Frequentando, da anni, ristoranti "stellati" non capisco sinceramente come la vostra guida possa pensare di segnalarlo, premiarlo con una stella poi e' inammissibile e vi fa fare una pessima figura con i vostri lettori.

  Ambiente tutto sommato piacevole. Buona cantina.

  Cons

  Difficile pensare che possa avere una stella... Accoglienza modesta e un pochino approssimativa, servizio da dimenticare, apparecchiatura normale, cucina corretta ma niente di più. Rapporto qualità prezzo notevolmente sovrastimato.

  Provato a pranzo. Carta semplice, che immagino venga cambiata per la sera, con alcune proposte interessanti e variate. Prezzi corretti(ripeto, la mia esperienza é stata a pranzo) per una buona cucina, servita nel dehors o nei begli ambienti interni. A mezzogiorno interessante rapporto qualità/prezzo.

  L'unica nota positiva è l'ambiente. decisamente particolare

  Un servizio a dir poco disastroso, degno di una trattoria di infimo ordine. Il prezzo poi decisamente troppo alto rispetto alla cucina e al servizio. Non so quanto i proprietari abbiano pagato per essere inseriti nella Vostra guida, perchè se fosse un giudizio da parte di presunti "esperti" comincerei a dubitare della Guida Michelin
