      None.

      Cons

      Quality of the ingredients (it wasn't just the blunt knives or the simplicity of the wines (the wine list consisted mainly of the established names and the alternatives lacked quality.) The peparation of the dishes that were unimaginative (a whole plate of prawn risotto that got its taste mainly of oyster sauce). Lastly, the unsollicited, silly stories.

      ottime materie prime e tecnica cristallina al servizio di una cucina sempre emozionale sia per i classici che per i piatti creativi. gusti netti ed altamente evocativi. i desserts, ultima immagine di un pasto, sono all'altezza delle altre proposte. meravigliosi fusilli fatti a mano con pomodoro e basilico, "un sacco di verdure", tartare di tonno con millimetrica brunoise di verdure, grande insalata con varietà appena colte dall'orto, la panna, le creme e i gelati sono montati al momento
