il vino, un Nobile appena dechambré, " I Quadri " mi pare si chiamasse. E anche conveniente.
Cons
Cucina toscana "sturm und drang", non sono convinto che dandone di meno si aumenti la qualità e il sapore dei piatti di per sè. Forse farà grande presa sulle persone che vengono da fuori Toscana.
