      Vino di casa. Antipasto di casa "I diavoletti" - buono. Coniglio ripieno con cipolla - buonissimo. Stracotto di manzo con gelatina di chianti e cipolle - squisito. Due fagioli in fiasco con olio fresco - buoni. Due dolci semifreddi con macedonia secca calda - molto dolci ma buoni. Caffè corretto con Unicum.

      Pros

      Todo bueno. Restaurante magnífico que merece la revisión para una estrella. No tiene manteles de hilo, es cierto, pero las elaboraciones con productos de la tierra son excepcionales. Alda, la cocinera, borda platos como la garmugia o los creps de fagioli blanco. Una delicia para los sentidos con una bodega notable.

      Es difícil de encontrar, si no se conoce la zona de Capannori
