The great composer Giacomo Puccini (1858-1924) was born in Lucca. Fans of La Bohème, Turandot and La Tosca can see letters, documents relating to his work, as well as his piano, before making the pilgrimage to Torre del Lago Puccini situated in the villa he lived in from 1891 onwards, where he is buried.
