Built by Sangallo the Elder between 1515 and 1517, this building standing opposite the Loggia dei Mercanti is today the seat of the town hall. The upper piano nobile floor has windows surmounted by alternating rounded and rectangular pediments. The typical Renaissance courtyard contains two wells and the corner of the building is decorated with the coats of arms of the Del Monte family, the original owners.
