Now the home of the town hall, the façade of this 12C palace is decorated with coats of arms. Inside, the council chambers contain the banner of Pescia surmounted by a dolphin, the municipal symbol. On the opposite side of the square stands the Oratory of Santi Pietro e Paolo (also known as the Cappella della Madonna di Piè di Piazza), built in 1447 with a fresco on its gilded wooden ceiling.
