The works here come from the monumental complex of the Square of Miracles. They recall the monuments (models) and, of course, the furniture and the sculptures which decorate them. Most outstanding artists are the sculptor Guglielmo, creator of the main pulpit in the cathedral, Nicola and Giovanni Pisano (busts in the loggia of the baptistry), Tino di Camaino and Nino Pisano, sculptors of tombs. Finally there is the treasure house with the marvellous sculpted Virgin by Giovanni Pisano.
