Situated just 6.5km from Cetona, this holiday resort was already popular in Roman times as a result of its three thermal swimming pools filled with water with a high mineral content and a constant temperature of 24°C. The town is dominated by a wooded hill crowned by an 11C fortress, which was altered in the 15C.
