Originally 13C, this was given the "Baroque treatment" in the 18C by Vanvitelli. There are interesting painted works: an Adoration of the Crucifix by Perugino (1506) and, in the Piccolomini chapel, frescoes by A. Lorenzetti, while above the altar, Sodoma has left an Adoration of the Magi.
