Nestling in the limestone cliffs on either side of the road, the many Etruscan burial chambers are accessible by old paths leaving the road, or along dark clefts, the tagliate which fracture the cliff. There is also the tomb of the Siren with a facade in the shape of a temple, the tomb of Idebranda which is a majestic collection of terraces and cavities dominated by a temple with fluted pillars, the tomb of the Typhoon has a porch decorated with a hirsute head and the tomb of Pola.
