Cuisine modern

Menu: 25€ (lunch) / 80€ - Carte: 58€/103€

One of the most interesting restaurants in the city. It serves fine, sophisticated cuisine that is nonetheless authentic and free from unnecessary frills. Substance and innovation go hand in hand with Venetian culinary tradition.

      Pros

cadre moderne et épuré; cuisine imaginative; étoile méritée

      Cons

      Pros

The set menu was superb. The cuisine is indisputably of the city and region combined with excellent and seasonal ingredients. The wine list is sufficiently varied with a good recommendation made. Notably the owner/chef takes a keen interest in customers views without being overbearing or pretentious. The fennel sorbet with olive crumble served after the fish to cleanse the palate was fabulous....................

      Cons

You need to book ahead for evening dining.
