A Romanesque chancel, a Gothic nave, a classical tower, here is a good example of ecumenical architecture. The doorway, decorated with sculptures and low-reliefs by the mason Nicolo is in the Romanesque Lombard style. Pillars of pink marble, an Assumption by Titian and the chancel cloister by Sanmicheli lighten up the interior. The cathedral of Verona is also surrounded by the pleasant canons' quarter.
