Villasimius : Michelin's recommendations

The little fishing village of Carbonaria, renamed Villasimius in 1862, has been transformed into a pleasant and popular seaside resort. A few sites evoke the history of the area: the Museo Archeologico and the Fortezza Vecchia, which is believed to date back to the 14C. Make the most of the beautiful beaches in the area: Cala Pisanu for its clear waters, Porta Sa ruxi for its fine white sand, Campu Longu and Campus for surfing and, for a rest, try Punta Molentis.
