  We ate some of the best food here that we've ever eaten in a 1 star restaurant. Wonderful spaghetti and the most amazing beef cutlet. Utterly charming room and excellent service. The staff are the owners! Worth a detour to eat here.

  Food was strange. We had the tasting menu, 7 dishes. Not a single dish was good, except for the fresh oyster.

  indiscutibilmente eccezionale. ambiente tipico, caldo, accogliente e raffinato. le proprietarie gestiscono la sala con incredibile e squisita accoglienza. i piatti sono preparati con materie prime eccellenti ed anche di loro produzione. ottime le idee dello chef e la presentazione dei piatti. il conto è un tantinello salato ma tutto sommato proporzionato nel complesso

  The atmosphere is nice and there's classic decoration with historic motifs. Good and very creative cuisine.

  Cons

  Service is somewhat slow. The tables are spaced much too wide apart, so much that there's no connection with other guests. It's far too silent inside the restaurant, almost church-like. The chairs are horribly uncomfortable and my back was aching all night long.

  This is the best adress we have been to in the entire Aosta Valley. The food is exquisite and the location is wonderfull. We have been twice and both timed were just perfect. We will go again next july.

  Posto molto carino, ambiente caldo ed accogliente. Pre antipasto con ostrica ( caldina con -5° fuori!), pane buono e molto ben presentato. Fois gras buono, ma dose sufficiente per due, molto meno buono il cavolo con verdure. Tra i primi niente di che' il raviolo al formaggio di montagna, meglio quello di animelle. Male invece la sella di capriolo, troppo invasivo l'anice stellato e la cottura (cruda). Dolce cosi cosi. Sinceramnete anche vedendo gli altri tavoli, ho visto tornare in cucina piatti spesso ancora pieni, anche dovute alle razioni eccessive. Carta del vino molto bella, perfettamente segnalate le bottiglie singole, con prezzi assai interessanti. Giudizio totale solo sufficiente, stella un po' benevola.

  Il servizio, peraltro molto cordiale, e'pero' lentissimo. Abbiamo impiegato piu' di tre ore per una cena.......

  L'atmosfera incantevole, il servizio impeccabile. Una carta dei vini ampia e di altissimo livello. Le preparazioni dello chef Agostino sono un continuo rivisitare i chiave moderna la cucina del territorio. Una esperienza da provare.
